Tom Ludlow

Detective Tom "Phone Book Tom" Ludlow is the primary protagonist and main anti-hero of the 2008 David Ayer film Street Kings. He is portrayed in the film by actor Keanu Reeves in one of the performer's rarer complex roles to date.

Character Summary[]

Ludlow is a veteran LAPD vice detective who finds life difficult to navigate after the death of his wife years ago. When evidence implicates him in the execution of fellow officer Terrence Washington, he is forced to go up against the cop culture he’s been a part of his entire career, ultimately leading him to question the loyalties of everyone around him.
